“Nope” 2022 Movie Review

Director; Jordan Peele. Starring; Daniel Kaluuya, Keke Palmer, Steven Yeun. Rated R. Color. 130 Minutes.

Reviewing Jordan Peele’s latest movie “Nope” is so simple that I will make it short. Similar to Quentin Tarantino’s recent stinker “The Hateful Eight”, “Nope” is a movie that a lot of film nerds will blindly stand by because Peele made “Get Out” , a classic. And now he takes himself so seriously. This movie is boring as hell from start to finish and has one of the most nonsensical endings this side of M. Night Shymalan. But sure, the biblical and class-warfare metaphors are so woke. I take out the last two letters of this piece of garbage. The “P’ and “E” should stand for “PHYSICALLY” “EXCRUCIATING” when explaining this movie going experience. As for the other two letters, I very much have to say “NO” to this picture.

SUCK FACTOR 7 out of 7 (7 Means Your Movie Really SUCKS!)

The SUCK FACTOR! How it works. We have flipped the script on the standard rating system. If you make a classic such as “The Godfather” your film receives a perfect 0 out of 7 SUCKS! If you make complete garbage, such as a Michael Bay movie, you receive an imperfect 7 out of 7, meaning your movie really SUCKS!
